the IGS site at McDonald Optical Observatory is planned to undergo survey activities, which was an opportunity for an extended radome removal period.
The current schedule is for the radome to come off this Friday, February 15 at 6pm local time (UT0:00) with survey activities during the week of February 22-27.
The radome is to be replaced approximately 4 weeks (or longer) after removal, pending site staff availability.
Further announcements verifying the radome removal date/time and a scheduled replace time will be forthcoming.
