[IGSSTATION-7412] - 2018-09-10 (13/09/2018)

A firmware upgrade was done on THTI station. The new sitelog has been submitted to IGS.
GPS L5 tracking has been disabled on receiver to avoid conflict with GPS L2 tracking.
