[IGSSTATION-7673] - 2019-05-30 (12/06/2019)
Today NVSK station begin submitting dual RINEX2/RINEX3 data files, RINEX3 converted from RINEX2, using utility gfzrnx.
All data 2018 year (observation, both GPS and GLONASS navigation files and meteorology) from DOY 001 to DOY 146 in RINEX3 format, was uploaded to BKG ftp server.

After system failure in Trimble 4700 receiver in February, we install Trimble R7 GNSS receiver with Zephyr Geodetic 2 antenna on pillar NVSK station, at 2016-03-16.

Due power outage, we lost meteo data at NVSK station, from 06 UTC DOY 132 to 07 UTC DOY 134, DOY 133 lost data from full day.

Due unknown receiver error we lost data: in DOY 060 - from 0-00 UTC to 08-27 UTC, and from 21-30 UTC to 23-59 UTC; and lost two days DOY 061 and 062. Receiver was started again at ~04 UTC in DOY 063.

From DOY 045 (15 Feb 2016) we have system failure in NVSK (Novosibirsk, Russia) receiver's date - he say on screen about current date as 5 July 1996 and so on. As we think, this is a bug in firmware, affected only memory for date, which was full in 1024 GPS weeks and setting at zero (July 1996 is date that receiver was made) now. We hope, this is not affect receiver's precise time.
As write many russian geodesists on some forums, this failure affected all receivers, older than 2011: Trimble 4600, 4700, 5700 and maybe many other models. Last firmware for 5700 (2011 year made) can be found at official Trimble site; for 4700 last firmware is version 1.30, from 2000 year, no have newer, of course.
So, our solve this problem - using TEQC for converting to RINEX with setting correct parameter of GPSweek (-week tag), last 10 daily data file from NVSK was made by this method.
Please send us some message, if our data files grow not useful for IGS surveys.

Due power outage we lost some GPS data from NVSK base station: from DOY 038 23h 14min UTC to DOY 039 06h 23min UTC. Meteo data not affected.

Due to hardware error we lost some data from NVSK station: from DOY293, 07h UTC to DOY 296, 07h UTC.
Meteo data was not affected by this error, and uploaded to IGS.

At DOY 185, from 03:30 to 05:10 UTC we move meteo sensor at new place, meteo data for this time interval are lost.
RINEX header of meteo data files are changed, new sensor coordinates added.
