OHI2 and OHI3 are back on external 5MHz from H-Maser EFOS 11.

An updated site log file has been submitted to IGS.
FW 4.30/6.712 is a firmware version released on demand to enable
optimized all in view tracking on GR10/GR25 receivers, where this
is specifically required.

Strong winds during the night from DOY 264
to DOY 265, 2012-09-20 - 2012-09-21, broke
the mounting of the antenna and pulled the
antenna to the ground in the OHI3 GNSS Permanent
Tracking Station in our German Antarctican
Receiving Station GARS, O'Higgins.
The exact time at which the defect appeared is not
known. It seems it happened at about 01:00 UTC.
Our colleagues in the German Antarctican Receiving
Station GARS in O'Higgins could fix the antenna
at the same place.
Please do not use the data DOY 265 from 01:00 UTC
until 22:52 UTC.
If you detect inconsistencies, kindly inform us
as soon as possible, please.
