[IGSSTATION-7858] - 2020-02-04 (04/02/2020)

Please be advised the Javad TRE_3 firmware at BSHM has been upgraded from v3.7.6 to v3.7.9 per IGS request re BeiDou-3 tracking.

[IGSSTATION-7851] Javad firmware update requested

An updated sitelog is in the process of being submitted. The update was performed at d034, 16:20UT

There are additional concerns regarding signs of possible interference at the site, but we have first addressed this firmware update.
d035 will be the next entire full day with the updated firmware.

[IGSSTATION-7851] - 2020-01-28 (04/02/2020)

The latest Javad firmware version 3.7.9 supports BeiDou-3 tracking for PRNs up to C63 for Javad TRE_3 receivers. Previous firmware versions as well as most other geodetic GNSS receivers (except for the Trimble Alloy) only support PRNs up to C37. Currently, ten BeiDou-3 satellites and three experimental BeiDou-3S satellites are transmitting signals in the PRN range C38 - C59. Therefore, the IGS multi-GNSS working group would like to ask all station operators of Javad TRE_3 receivers to update to firmware version 3.7.9 in order to provide global tracking data of these satellites.
