[IGSMAIL-5942]: TROM station was closed down 6/5-09, DOY126. Due to the lack of geologic knowlegde, a new GPS monument TRO1 was etablished in 1997, and TROM was never ment to last. The outdoor inspection yesterday also confirmed that the concret pillar of TROM is not satisfying. So the decision is to keep only the TRO1 station in Tromsoe.
