"877 1450 C: The bench mark is a flange-encased rod located near the entrance to the Texas Seaport Museum, 26.2 m (86.0 ft) SW of a utility pole marked 81HJ25T+316024, 21.7 m (71.2 ft) east of a railroad track switch, 11.0 m (36.1 ft) NW of a utility pole marked '2TR40T' in the bricked median between trolley tracks and railroad tracks, 10.6 m (34.8 ft) south of a utility pole marked "277480", and 1.32 m (4.33 ft) west of the west side of a median curb. The datum point is the top of a stainless steel rod driven 15.24 m (50.00 ft) to refusal and encased in a 6 inch NOS logo cap with a concrete kickblock."
