The RF cable at station BAKE has been replaced with Andrews Heliax LDF4.5-50A cable, with a run of 119 metres, at 03:36 utc on July 26th. An updated site log has been submitted to the IGS.
The antenna cable at station BAKE will be replaced on 2018-07-25. The expected outage will be approximately 8 hours while this replacement is performed.
A new Topcon NET-G3A receiver was installed at station BAKE on 2013-09-10 at ~13h. The communications to the site were also restored at this time. Unfortunately the old receiver was not tracking and there is a permanent data gap from 2013-07-11 to 2013-09-10. An updated station log has been uploaded to the central bureau and the data is now flowing to the global data centers.
Also, please note that sometime since our last site visit in October 2012 the GNSS antenna at BAKE was vandalized. The antenna was no longer oriented North and there was a gap of ~1mm between the antenna and the spacer. The antenna was reoriented and reset at the same time as the current receiver update.
