- NSLG (North Shields)
- PMTG (Portsmouth)
- SHEE (Sheerness)
- SWTG (Stornoway)

If you are taking data from the above stations from the IGS TIGA
data server, could you please complete the data request form on the
BIGF website www.bigf.ac.uk, thereby accepting their liability
disclaimer and conditions of use and reuse (given below).
When completing this form, please state that you have already got
the data from the IGS TIGA data server.

LIABILITY DISCLAIMER:

NERC British Isles continuous GNSS Facility (BIGF) data are currently
available, free of charge, to approved users. NERC BIGF cannot make any
warranty, express or implied, or assume any legal liability or
responsibility for the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of any data
or information supplied by NERC BIGF. Use of NERC BIGF data and
information are the sole responsibility of the user. 

CONDITIONS OF USE AND REUSE:

I agree not to use the BIGF data for any purpose other than that
detailed in the application made to, and for which permission was given
by, BIGF. 

I agree not to pass the BIGF data to any third party, for any purpose. 

I agree that I may continue to hold and reuse the BIGF data provided
that I gain a further permission from BIGF, through the use of the
database query and request form. 

I agree to acknowledge the services of BIGF in providing data to the
project in question, in all written, electronic and verbal media,
whether directly or indirectly related to the use of BIGF data, as
follows: 
"The services of the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC) British
Isles GPS archive Facility (BIGF), www.bigf.ac.uk, in providing archived
GPS data to this project, are gratefully acknowledged. 

I agree to keep BIGF informed of any publications or presentations made
that arise from the use of BIGF data.
