[IGSSTATION-7198] - 2017-12-06 (13/12/2017)

The antenna at the IGS station CKIS in the Cook Islands was changed toady to avoid any potential issues with the previous model, a TRM59800.00, which we have recently seen fail at a number of our Pacific stations.
