An updated station log file has been submitted to IGSCB.
Details on receiver and antenna etc. can also be found in the GNSS site manager
( https://gnss-site-manager.geodesy.ga.gov.au/siteLog/PTVL ).
We have noticed a degradation in the quality of observations from the IGS site PTVL in Port Vila (VAN). This symptoms are consistent with a number of other antennas of this model that we have recently seen fail. We are currently looking into replacing the antenna with a different model. Given our current work program this is not likely that this problem will be resolved until January 2018.
In the mean-time to avoid erroneous data no real-time streams or RINEX products will be available.
