ADVISORY:
Re: IGSSTATION 7860, please be advised that Server issues have been resolved at our data centre, and data postings have resumed, with no loss of data.
The antenna cable was replaced and the station is up and running starting today at 00:57 UTC. The PolaRx5 receiver has upgraded to the firmware version 5.3.2. The updated IGS log file has submitted already.
Please note that there is a permanent data gap between 2020-02-07 16:49:30 and 2020-03-12 00:57:00. Our apologies for the inconvenience that this may cause.
Again we are experiencing tracking problems with the GNSS receiver, this issue earlier documented in IGSSTATION 7844. We are currently trying to rectify this issue by installing updated firmware but currently slow remote communications are impacting this process. A site visit may be necessary. There is anticipated to be a permanent data gap commencing with 2020-02-07T16:49:30 UT. An Advisory will be issued when new information is forthcoming.
The PolaRx5 receiver experienced a strange problem and had returned to work normally. The normal logging started on Jan 21, 2020 at 00:22 UT. All missing data since 2020-01-21 have sent to the data centres.
Please note that there is a permanent data gap between 2020-01-15 20:14:30 and 2020-01-21 00:22:00. Our apologies for the inconvenience that this may cause.
Due to instrumentation work at HOLB, power was compromised, resulting in a permanent data gap from 2016-09-21T19:07:00Z to 2016-09-21T22:45:00Z.
There was also a loss of communication, and consequently a delay in data postings. This backlog of 30 sec and high rate data is now in the process of being retrieved and should be complete by the end of today.
Please be advised that beginning on D2016-131 there has been a degrade in the data quality at station HOLB. We are currently assessing the situation to determine the source of the problem and will provide an update as soon as possible.
Both the receiver and antenna had to be replaced at HOLB. As well the height of the antenna has changed.
There is a permanent data gap at this site from 2014-08-03T20:10:30Z to 2014-08-27T21:05:00Z.
An updated site log has been submitted to the CB
Further to IGSSTATION-5894, it has been discovered that a lightning strike likely affected the GPS infrastructure and initial tests suggest damage to the receiver. I’m therefore certain that there will be no data recovery after August 3 (2014-215). A site visit will be scheduled in the next two weeks to undertake necessary repairs.
[IGSSTATION-5894] - 2014-08-05:We are experiencing communication problems to our site at HOLB. The last data was on 2014-215 (August 3) @19:59:30 UT. Will send an Advisory once the site is again active. We expect there to be no loss of data.
