An updated site log file has been submitted to IGS and EUREF.

instead of previous "RTCM 3.x GPS/GLO extended and ephemeris"

An updated site log file has been submitted to EPN and IGS.
FW 4.31/6.712 is a firmware version released on demand to enable
optimized all in view tracking on GR10/GR25 receivers, where this
is specifically required.

the router at NICO site has a malfunction.
The internet connection is therefor occasionally interrupted.
It will be replaced within next week.
The data transfer is hopefully only delayed and missing
