"The bench mark is a disk located in a 15 cm (.5 ft) aluminum NOS vertical mark access cover attached to concrete kick bloack that surrounds the mark, 40.40 m (132.5 ft) NW of the west corner of Fresh Seafood Restaurant, 23.20 m (76.1 ft) NE of the yellow fire hydrant, 13.20 m (43.3 ft) NW of the centerline of Citizens Dock Road, 2.10 m (6.9 ft) north of the southern-most utility box marked with the letters AD, and 0.30 m (1 ft) west of an orange NOAA witness post. The bench mark is crimped to the top of a 5/8-inch copper-clad steel rod driven to absolute refusal at 9.7 m (32 ft)."
