Benchmark detailed description
"The bench mark is a 9/16 inch (14 mm) stainless steel rod driven to refusal, 10.36 m (34.0 ft) on the northwest side of Citizens Dock road between a paved trail and the marina parking lot, located 48.5 m (159.1 ft) SE of a large light pole at the SE corner of boat harbor, 9.8 m (32.2 ft) north of a green electric vault, 1.8 m (5.9 ft) south of south edge of a path, and 0.3 m (1.0 ft) SW of an orange fiberglass witness post. The datum point is the top of the flange encased rod 0.4 ft (12 cm) beneath an aluminum NOS pipe cover."
