Benchmark detailed description
"The primary bench mark is a disk set in top of an 0.46 m (1.5 ft) square concrete block at the west corner of retaining wall where cement portion of Citizens Dock joins asphalt portion of parking lot, west of the ramp to a small floating pier, 9.70 m (31.8 ft) west of a small crane located on the seawall, 4.90 m (16.1 ft) east of the center of the roadway on dock, 2.20 m (7.2 ft) north of the north end of the eastern bull rail of Citizens Dock, and 0.20 m (0.7 ft) above the dock pavement."
