"USCG 15: The bench mark is a disk set with the road surface located in the entrance road leading into the base and near the SW corner of the Navy Exchange Building, 18.56 m (68.9 ft) NW of the NW end of a concrete and stone wall, 6.11 m (20.0 ft) WSW of a concrete lamp post, and 2.90 m (9.5 ft) east of the SW corner of the exchange building."
