"USCG 4: The bench mark is a disk set in the top of a concrete retaining wall by the water's edge at the SW corner of the US Coast Guard compound, ESE of concrete boat ramp, 18.92 m (62.1 ft) north of the bottom southern step of concrete boat landing steps, 9.0 m (29.5 ft) west of the west face of fire hydrant east of a concrete sea wall, 2.75 m (9.0 ft) WSW of the west face of a 40 foot (12.2 m) concrete camera pole, 0.11 m (0.36 ft) east of the west face of a concrete retaining sea wall that is running north-south and near the northern end of sea wall, 0.18 m (0.59 ft) above ground."
