"The bench mark is a disk set flush in the concrete loading platform of the Center for Coastal Studies, located 9 m (30 ft) north of the extended centerline of the pier, 1.46 m (4.8 ft) north of the south edge of the top step leading to the door to building and just outside door, and 0.15 m (0.5 ft) east of a 1.01 m (3.3 ft) high retaining wall."
