"The bench mark is set flush in the top of the concrete bulkhead just north of the Pilot’s Tower at the Port of Dakar, 110.6’ NW of the inshore end of the south jetty, 104.3’ ESE of the north corner of the first wharf on the west side of the Pilot’s Tower, 62.7’ ENE of the north corner of the Pilot’s Tower and 3.3’ SW of the north face of the pilot wharf.
