"The bench mark is set vertically near the SW corner of a small concrete warehouse just east of the Pilot Tower at the Port of Dakar, 107.6’ East of the NE corner of the warehouse just south of the Pilot Tower,63.0’ SW of the north face of the bulkhead just north of the Pilot Tower, 26.4’ SE of the centerline of the train tracks on the east side of the Pilot Tower and 1.4’ above the ground. Note: There is a high point on the top of the BM making it possible to hold the survey rod vertically on the BM. Building is abandonded and wall is tilting significantly. Should be discontinued.
