""The bench mark is a bolt head, southeastern-most of four bolts that secure the flange of the antenna mast, located about half way between the roof and the permanent GPS antenna of the Hawaii Sea Level Center, at the SW corner of the roof of the Honolulu tide station, at the west end of the Coast Guard pier at the Honolulu Coast Guard Base. ""
